Remembrance day

Here at ONE International, Remembrance Day was commemorated with our usual range of age appropriate, thought provoking activities.  Our Preschool and Lower Elementary children worked together and made a beautiful poppy display, all the while discussing the difference between red and white poppies.

Children in Upper Elementary and Middle School worked on posters – some created messages for fallen soldiers, whilst others replicated propaganda posters from the 1940’s. As well as this the whole school gathered together for the 2 minute silence and shared poems in the different year groups.
