One International School Does Sports Relief

It was a fantastic Sports Relief day recently at ONE International. Pupils, parents and staff all worked together and raised money for one of the local schools. The day began with a moving assembly about children in other countries who live very different lives. Our kids comments and thoughts brought tears to the eyes of a few teachers. Next it was time for a warm-up and we all ran outside for some morning Zumba before starting our games and races. We had orienteering, relay races, gymnastics and obstacle courses through which enthusiastic faculty and students pushed themselves – great job guys! All in all it was a fabulous day with inherent learning opportunities and fundraising all wrapped up in fun, because that’s the way we roll here at ONE I.S.
