ESL Summer camp 2019
Another fun-filled English language summer camp took place in August at ONE International School. It was two inspiring, fun and educational weeks, filled with a lot of activities and learning. The kids learned about the seasons, weekdays, months and about different kind of food. They made creative turtles and shaped animals and beautiful trees. The kids got to try yoga with yoga teacher Rae, swimming in the pool and playing by the ocean, building sandcastles together. The kids also tried out the warrior sport program with trainer Joel and it looked like they all had a great time running off some energy.
No camp is complete without field trips and the kids enjoyed a few exciting ones. They visited the Bambulo Pool for a fun afternoon and another afternoon they took a trip to Tejero Adventure park, where the kids enjoyed the slides and the fun water activities surrounded them.
Leaving the best for last, the camp finished with a trip to Apo Island where the kids went snorkeling and got to see the amazing turtles under the surface. After a great morning on the boat, there was a delicious BBQ at the beach before the ceremony congratulating all ESL Students who completed the Summer Camp 2019!
Education mixed with a lot of fun encourage the kids to learn in the best possible way.
